Ground Breaking on HKG Fine Arts Center

Groundbreaking ceremonies will be held April 27 for a 676-seat performing arts facility in Sisseton.

The center, which was awarded for $3.6 million, is being built south of the Sisseton High School building. The 22,600-square-foot structure was designed by HKG Architects of Aberdeen.
